A guided-tour request may include a name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, group type and size, organization, participant country, requested language, an accompanying guide’s details, and notes supplied by the requester. Contact messages contain the address or number used and whatever information the sender includes.

Donation, guide, payment, document, and administration workflows may process the details needed to complete the selected action and protect the relevant private workspace. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields or ordinary public messages.

The public site and its hosting providers receive ordinary connection information needed to deliver and secure a web request, such as the requested path, time, browser or user-agent details, and network information. The site may store a language preference and security or session state on the device.

The visit map can use the device’s location only after the visitor allows it. Live position is used in the browser to help with onsite orientation and is not saved as a public memorial record. Visitors can use the remote map and the rest of the public site without granting location access.

Reimember uses submitted information to answer a request, coordinate and confirm a visit, communicate with visitors and testimony speakers, maintain reviewed memorial content and locations, process requested support, protect private areas, and operate the initiative.

Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, data storage, authentication, anti-abuse protection, email, WhatsApp communication, calendars, document storage, and payment coordination. They receive information only through the workflows for which they are used and remain subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Operational tour, guide, document, and payment information is separated from the public memorial experience and is available only through the relevant protected workflow. Reimember uses access controls, private links or sessions, request validation, and restricted administrator areas to reduce unauthorized access.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid sharing private credentials, identity documents, banking details, or medical information through a public email or WhatsApp conversation unless the team has provided an appropriate protected process for that exact purpose.

You may decline browser location permission, avoid optional free-text details, and browse public memorial content without submitting a tour or donation request. Families and authorized representatives may also ask the team to review personal memorial content or a mapped location.

For a privacy question, or to request review, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted, email reimembermemorial@gmail.com. Include enough context to locate the relevant request, but do not send confidential documents in the first public message. Reimember may need to verify identity or authority before changing another person’s memorial or private record.
