פניות כלליות

כדאי לצרף פרטים שמאפשרים לצוות לזהות את העמוד, ההנצחה, הביקור או הבקשה הרלוונטיים. אין לשלוח בערוצים הציבוריים סיסמאות, מסמכי זהות, פרטי בנק, מידע רפואי או מסמכים רגישים אחרים.
סיורים מודרכים באתר
מבקרים פרטיים, משפחות, בתי ספר, תנועות נוער, קבוצות חיילים, קהילות, ארגונים ומשלחות מחו״ל יכולים להשתמש בעמוד בקשת הסיור. הטופס אוסף את הפרטים הדרושים לתיאום ביקור מודרך הכולל עדות וסיפור אישי באתר ההנצחה.
שליחת הטופס יוצרת בקשה בלבד ואינה מאשרת את הסיור. לפני תכנון נסיעה או הצגת הביקור כסיור שנקבע, יש להסתמך על הודעת האישור ועל עדכוני ההמשך של Reimember.
תיקון תוכן ומיקום הנצחה
משפחות ונציגים מורשים יכולים לפנות לצוות בנוגע לשם, לתמונה, לסיפור, לתצלום או למיקום הנצחה שנבדק ופורסם ב-Reimember. יש לציין את שם האדם ולצרף קישור לעמוד הרלוונטי כדי שנוכל לבדוק את הפריט המדויק.
Reimember מטפל בפניות האלה ברגישות ועשוי לבקש אימות נוסף לפני שינוי של תוכן הנצחה אישי או של מיקום. ערוצי הקשר הציבוריים מתאימים לפתיחת הפנייה, אך לא לשליחת מסמכים תומכים חסויים.
גבולות השירות
Reimember הוא מיזם הנצחה ושירות לתיאום ביקורים. הוא אינו מוקד חירום, קו סיוע נפשי, מרשם נפגעים ממשלתי או שירות תחבורה רשמי. במקרה חירום מיידי יש לפנות לרשות החירום המקומית המתאימה.
אתר ההנצחה הפיזי נמצא ליד רעים בישראל. ל-Reimember אין משרד נפרד לקבלת קהל או כתובת דואר שפורסמו לציבור; לפני נסיעה מיוחדת יש להשתמש באימייל, ב-WhatsApp, במפה או בטופס הסיור המאומתים שמופיעים למעלה.

Guided memorial visits
Private visitors, families, schools, youth and IDF groups, communities, organizations, and international delegations can use the tour request page. The form collects the details needed to coordinate a testimony-led visit at the memorial site.
Submitting the form creates a request; it does not confirm a booking. Please rely on the confirmation and follow-up messages sent by Reimember before arranging travel or presenting the visit as scheduled.
Memorial content and map corrections
Families and authorized representatives may contact the team about a name, portrait, story, photograph, or reviewed memorial location published by Reimember. Include the person’s name and the relevant page link so the team can review the exact item.
Reimember treats these requests with care and may ask for additional verification before changing a personal memorial or location. Public contact channels are suitable for starting the conversation, not for sending confidential supporting documents.
Service boundary
Reimember is a memorial initiative and visit-coordination service. It is not an emergency service, crisis line, government casualty register, or official transport service. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
The physical memorial is located near Re’im, Israel. Reimember does not publish a separate walk-in office or postal address; use the verified email, WhatsApp, map, or tour-request channels above before making a special journey.
