Reimember הוא אתר הנצחה אינטראקטיבי, דו לשוני ובעדיפות לעברית, לזכר הנרצחים והנופלים בפסטיבל נובה ובאירועי שבעה באוקטובר באזור רעים. האתר מחבר בין סיפורי החיים והמשפחות, אתר ההנצחה הפיזי, תצלומים ועדויות, כדי לאפשר זיכרון אישי ומכבד גם למבקרים במקום וגם למי שנמצא רחוק ממנו.

אפשר לעיין בגלריית ההנצחה האישית, להכיר שמות ופנים, לצפות בסיפורים ובתצלומים המתעדים את התפתחות אתר ההנצחה, לחפש אדם לפי שם במפת האתר ולראות את מיקום ההנצחה מרחוק או במהלך ביקור. ניתן גם לשלוח בקשה לסיור מודרך הכולל עדות אישית מפי בן או בת משפחה שכולה, ולתמוך בשימור המקום ובהמשך הפעילות החינוכית והקהילתית.

תכנון ביקור או סיור מודרך

What Reimember does and who it is for
Reimember is a bilingual, Hebrew-first interactive memorial for the people murdered and fallen at the Nova festival and in the events of 7 October around Re'im, Israel. It preserves names, portraits, stories, photographs, firsthand testimony, and the evolving history of the physical memorial site.
It is for bereaved families, survivors and testimony speakers, onsite and remote visitors, schools, youth and IDF groups, communities, organizations, international delegations, and anyone seeking a respectful way to learn, remember, find a memorial location, request a guided visit, or support the work.
Planning a visit or guided tour
The public visit map helps people orient themselves at the memorial and search for a memorial point by name. Visitors who want more context can submit a guided-tour request through the tours page. Tours include personal testimony from a bereaved family member, sharing the life and memories of their loved one. The Reimember team confirms the date, group size, language, accessibility needs, and any sensitive circumstances before a tour is approved. A guide should not be assumed to be available without advance coordination.
Memorial content and corrections
Life stories, photographs, and map locations are published to preserve an accurate and respectful record. A family member or authorized representative can use the public contact channels to request a correction to a name, biography, image, or location. Requests are reviewed with care, and the team may ask for additional verification before changing a personal memorial or its mapped location.

Where nature met serenity
Before October 7, 2023, the Re'im grove was one of the most beloved and peaceful spots in the western Negev. Known for the breathtaking anemone carpets of “Southern Red,” it drew hikers, families, and nature lovers from across the country. A sprawling eucalyptus grove, picnic tables, and open fields where people and land lived in harmony.
That weekend, the grove hosted the Supernova festival, where people gathered to celebrate music, freedom, and love. On the morning of October 7, the celebration was cut short and the massacre brought devastating loss upon families and communities who lost their loved ones, and upon the State of Israel as a whole.
October 7 — the great rupture. Hundreds of people who gathered to celebrate life were murdered. The massacre spared no community.

First Memorials
Immediately after the area was cleared, families began arriving to place temporary memorials, photographs, and personal items beneath the trees where their loved ones found their last shelter.

The Tree Initiative
In partnership with KKL-JNF, new trees were planted at the site symbolizing the continuity of life. Each tree represents a soul taken, transforming the forest into a living memorial.

Official Recognition
Today the site is an official national memorial. It includes memorial pillars with photographs of the murdered and fallen, where groups from Israel and around the world can visit, learn, and honor their memory.

We are bereaved families working together to preserve the memory of our loved ones. Through Reimember, you can arrange a Nova memorial tour at Re’im and hear personal testimony from a bereaved family member: the life of their loved one and the memories they carry since October 7, 2023.
Where does the tour take place?
At the Nova festival memorial site in Re’im, near Kibbutz Re’im, Israel. Explore the memorial map before your visit; the exact meeting point will be coordinated ahead of the tour.
How do I get to the Re’im memorial site?
The memorial is at the Re’im parking lot next to Kibbutz Re’im in the Eshkol Regional Council, beside Route 232 in the Gaza envelope. Arrive by private car or organized bus; the memorial map provides navigation to the arrival point. Check the current security guidance before travelling.
What does the tour include, and who shares their story?
A walk among the memorial pillars and photographs placed by families, an introduction to the site, and personal testimony from a bereaved family member. They share the life and memories of their loved one.
Is this a tour about the events of 7 October?
Yes. The tour takes place at the Nova festival memorial in the Re’im forest, one of the central sites of the 7 October 2023 attack in the Gaza envelope. It focuses on the people murdered and fallen there and on their life stories and the memories their families wish to pass on.
How long is the tour, and which languages are available?
Tours last approximately one to one and a half hours. Request Hebrew, English, or another language in the booking form. Additional languages are subject to availability and coordination.
Who can request a tour?
Individuals, families, schools, youth groups, IDF groups, organizations, and international delegations can request a visit. Describe your group and any special requirements in the form so the encounter can be adapted.
How are larger groups arranged?
Each testimony guide hosts up to 50 visitors. Larger groups are divided evenly between separate guides at the same time; for example, 70 visitors become two groups of 35. The form updates the full booking price for your participant count.
Does submitting the form confirm a booking?
The form sends a coordination request. Choose a preferred date and arrival time and provide contact details. Your booking is confirmed only when the team sends confirmation, subject to guide availability.
